Since it was founded over twenty years ago, Interact software has been providing software expertise to a wide variety of clients. Initially specialising in real-time embedded systems and device drivers, and later networking systems (including ATM, telephony and wireless applications), in more recent years we moved into the world of digital video.
These diverse activities found a natural convergence in medical imaging applications, which in turn led us into database and distributed system development. This experience in highly reliable high-bandwidth systems is now proving valuable in internet-based technologies.
This unusual background enables us to provide a depth of expertise which is in very short supply: few can offer a thorough understanding of today's popular high level distributed technologies, IIS along with a deep familiarity of the underlying operating system technologies, all the way down through networking stacks to low level device drivers. And yet with the increasing demand for extremely high scalability in server systems, it is only with this capacity for holistic analysis that performance issues can be understood and resolved.
